Flying to Skiathos
Skiathos is the island next to Skopelos. They are separated by a 15-25 minute ferry trip. Many travelers have the option of flying directly to Skiathos. In the Nordic countries, there are Apollo Rejser and Spies Rejser, who both fly charter planes to Skiathos. There is also a flight from Athens to Skiathos with Agean Airways and possibly others. In some periods, there are also commercial flights from other European cities to Skiathos. The airport code for Skiathos is JSI.
Traveling by Sea
Getting to and from Skopelos by sea is not hard. There are ferries traveling from Skiathos, Volos, Thessaloniki, Mantoudi, Ag. Konstantinos
There are a couple of different websites that are practical for finding the right departure for your journey.
The nearest port to Villa Olivia is Glossa (Sometimes referred to as Loutraki) It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the house from the port.
Traveling to Skopelos City is also an option as it is a half hour drive to the house.
